WHAT IS TAP

  • TAP self-taught manuals focus on the athlete’s mindset growth. Identify your Environment, Vision, Strength & Weaknesses and set specific goals.
  • An online program to practice mindfulness and neuroscience techniques, and to learn in what scenarios to use them.
  •  We offer online mental training and mindfulness sessions of 10-15 minutes a day.

Meet Juanjo

 

About me

Juan José Climent is the Co- founder of TAP Mindset & the author of TAP Manuals. Juanjo, originally from Spain, has a bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sports and he has been coaching athletes for over 14 years.

He has developed his coaching career as a tennis, fitness and mental coach around the world. For over 14 years, Juanjo has helped junior, college and professional athletes in the tennis world to improve their game, fitness and mindset.

Now he is on a mission to provide to every athlete the opportunity to become the best version of themselves but training the most important element: the mind.

Meet Julio

 

About me

Julio Pulido Sanchez – Mora is the Co-founder of TAP Mindset. Julio is a native, from Caceres, Spain with a career in coaching for over 14 years. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Sports Pedagogy from Baylor University and a Degree in Finance at New York Institute of Technology.

Pulido served as Assistant Coach for the Baylor Bears under Matt Knoll, where they produced several ITA All -American players and reached as high as #3 in the NCAA rankings. Prior to arriving at Baylor, Pulido spent time as a Master Pro at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy in New York. He has been a certified coach by the Spanish Tennis Federation and Spanish Padel Federation since the age of 16. He also worked as Tennis Camp Director at Sportime Amagansett for three years.

Now he is on a mission to provide to every athlete the opportunity to become the best version of themselves but training the most important element: the mind.
