- Our online sessions will improve your ability to focus, your speed of recovery and prevent mental health issues.
What is TAP
- TAP self-taught manuals focus on the athlete’s mindset growth. Identify your Environment, Vision, Strength & Weaknesses and set specific goals.
- An online program to practice mindfulness and neuroscience techniques, and to learn in what scenarios to use them.
- We offer online mental training and mindfulness sessions of 10-15 minutes a day.
